Peter Herbert Routley Foundation Announces Recomposition of Board of Trustees


Ila-Orangun, Osun State 



 In a move aimed at strengthening its governance and furthering its mission of educational advancement, the Peter Herbert Routley Foundation (PHRF) has officially announced the recomposition of its Board of Trustees.


According to a statement issued on October 23, 2025, the restructuring follows extensive consultations among relevant stakeholders and was carried out in line with the Foundation’s Memorandum and Articles of Association. The new Board comprises individuals recognized for their personal integrity, proven commitment, and significant contributions to the educational development of the Ila-Orangun community and its environs.


The newly constituted Board of Trustees includes:


1. Chief Oyeniyi Akande

2. Elder Samuel Oyinloye

3. Prince Akinola Oyebisi

4. Prof. Tunde Ajiboye

5. Mrs. Kehinde Babalola (née Popoola)

6. Hon. Olufemi Fakeye

7. Dr. Isiaka Olanrewaju

8. Mr. Fatai Adedayo

9. Mr. Gboyega Adedokun

10. Prof. Isaac Oyewole


In addition, the Foundation named the following as ex-officio members of the Board:


11. The Principal, Ila Grammar School, Ila-Orangun


12. The Permanent Secretary, Osun State Ministry of Education


13. A Representative of the All Nigeria Confederation of Principals of Secondary Schools (ANCOPSS)


The announcement concluded with warm congratulations to all appointed members and best wishes for a successful tenure in advancing the objectives of the Peter Herbert Routley Foundation.
