Hon. Adeniji Adeyinka Congratulates Hon. Taofeek Ajilesoro Over Victory at the Court of Appeal.


The Caretaker Vice Chairman of Ife Ooye LCDA, Ita Osa, Ile Ife, Hon. Adeniji Adeyinka PKA Gbogbo Ebe has congratulated Hon. Taofeek Abimbola Ajilesoro Over the Appeal Court Judgement today affirming him as the duly elected Honourable Member Representing Ife Federal Constituency in the 10th National Assembly.



In a statement released by his Media Assistant, Hon. Adeniji Adeyinka described the Appeal Court judgement as just and fair,as the will of the people has finally prevailed.



The statement reads, "I rejoice with Hon. Taofeek Abimbola Ajilesoro on the Appeal Court judgement and the good people of Ife Federal Constituency who voted massively in securing victory at the ballot and I salute the courage of the Judiciary in upholding the truth in reaffirming the mandate freely given to Hon. Taofeek Ajilesoro by his constituents".



"This Judgement is a testament to the trust Ife Federal constituents reposed in Hon. Ajilesoro to continue his giant stride of impacting and bringing the dividends of democracy to them".


"The Judiciary need to be commended in upholding the truth, as they have delivered justice and uphold the rule of law. The standard set with this judgement will serve as a precedent for future election petition."


"With this judgement putting an end to the legal tussle, it will give Hon. Taofeek Ajilesoro ample of times to concentrate fully in delivering efficient representation to the good people of Ife Federal Constituency in the 10th Assembly as he has remain committed to serve his people." The swearing in followed the confirmation of the nominees as forwarded to the State Assembly by Governor Ademola Adeleke. OSOGBO - 16/11/2023 - Osunstate.gov.ng The Commissioner for Justice and   Attorney General of Osun State,Mr Wole Jimi-Bada has cleared Governor Ademola Adeleke of involvement in the stepping aside of Mrs Adepele Ojo, which was predicated on a petition that prompted her being ask to step aside from office.
