Eid-El-Maulud: Hon. Ijiwoye Olalekan Angelo felicitates Muslims, seeks prayers for nation's progress.

The caretaker Chairman Ife Ooye LCDA, Hon. Ijiwoye Olalekan Angelo* has urged Muslims in Nigeria to pray for the country's peace, unity, and growth, as Muslims celebrate Eid-El-Maulud, the birth of Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.


In a statement personally signed this morning at his country home in lle-lfe, the Chairmen urged Muslim adherents to follow the exemplary leadership and teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad by promoting peaceful co-existence among fellow Osun citizens. 


Hon. Ijiwoye particularly advised Muslims and other religious groups to start regular prayers for the necessary changes to make Osun a better place. He urged Osun indigenes and residents alike to avoid all divisive inclinations and seek to improve their State, noting that the commemoration of the Holy Prophet's birth should reaffirm the importance of unity in the face of diversity.

Osun State: New Statutory Commission Members Sworn into Office OSOGBO - 13/11/2023 - Osunstate.gov.ng New members of state statutory commissions including those of the State Judicial Service Commission have been sworn into office by the Deputy Governor of Osun State, Prince Kola Adewusi. The swearing in followed the confirmation of the nominees as forwarded to the State Assembly by Governor Ademola Adeleke. OSOGBO - 16/11/2023 - Osunstate.gov.ng The Commissioner for Justice and   Attorney General of Osun State,Mr Wole Jimi-Bada has cleared Governor Ademola Adeleke of involvement in the stepping aside of Mrs Adepele Ojo, which was predicated on a petition that prompted her being ask to step aside from office.
