Adewale Egbedun said he desired a good E-Library for Osun Assembly that will serve as a research centre for the Honourable members, staff and students in the state and beyond, impressing on the team from Globacom to partner the House in bringing the facility back to life.
Rt. Hon. Egbedun disclosed that Library is critical to his goal of digitalizing the Assembling, adding that Osun laws should be available and associable with the citizenry.
Responding to him, the Chief Enterprise Officer, Globacom Ltd, Mr Eric Uwoama said Globacom is ready to partner with the institution to make the E-Library work effectively, commending the Speaker for his vision in running a tech-focus legislature.
The Deputy Speaker while speaking earlier, noted that students need to be encouraged in doing research, hence, corroborated the position of the Speaker in bringing the Library back to life.
